Request the applicable dimensions, mounting/interface information and inspection scope for the ordered configuration.
Functional checks
Agree what bench, wiring, propulsion or system checks are appropriate and who carries them out.
Flight evidence where applicable
If flight testing is part of the offer, agree its configuration, conditions, records and acceptance criteria explicitly. No flight test is implied for a bare airframe.
Packing & shipment review
Confirm packing method, package dimensions/weight, shipment photos if agreed, carrier responsibility and damage-reporting procedure.
